Please note: our personalized products such as the bell jars and items with name cannot be returned! These are made to order especially for you.

The following applies to all non-personalized items:
 Picked the wrong size or not satisfied with your item? No problem, exchange or return is allowed. The costs for returning your order are for your own account.

How does it work?
You may return your product within 14 days after delivery via info@moodbabystore.nl .Β This way we know that we can expect a return. Mention in the email your name, order number and which product it concerns that you want to return. You then have another 14 days to send the product to us.

- The clothing must be returned unwashed and unworn in order to use the 'return' service.
- If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
- Pack the undamaged product well and carefully to avoid damage en route. Always keep the proof of shipment of your return shipment.
- If you use a product, return it incomplete or damaged, a reduction in value may be applied.

After receipt by us in good order, you will receive the purchase amount of the product in question (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.

Reflection period / Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €3.99 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@moodbabystore.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
