Do's & Don'ts

– Do not allow BlueBerry Ice silver shampoo to work during the first wash! Watch how the color is neutralized during washing. Experience shows that washing with this shampoo already gives sufficient results.

– For a second wash, the processing time is a maximum of 5 minutes. Stand by and check the color each time.

– Apply the shampoo first to the most yellow parts of the hair and only then to the hair that is already cooler.

– Hair extensions are generally more porous than natural hair. Please note that the result may be more intense than on natural hair.

– If the silver shampoo has turned out to be a bit too intense, this can be solved very simply by briefly applying the Sesame mask to the more intense areas and rinsing it out.

– For home use, it is advisable to mix ⅓ BlueBerry Ice with ⅔ Ocrys or, for example, BlueBerry shampoo. If it appears that the result is insufficient, the mixing ratio can be adjusted to: ½ to ½ or ¾ to ¼ and ultimately perhaps to full use of BlueBerry Ice silver shampoo. NB! When using BlueBerry Ice, the hair becomes cooler with every wash due to the build-up of pigments.

– For a stable result and ease of use for the customer, you can choose to supplement a bottle of BlueBerry Ice with ⅓ Sesame shampoo.

– Another option is to use BlueBerry Ice shampoo once every 1 to 2 weeks and wash with the Navitas or Ocrys line in between. This prevents the result from being too intense.
